Terms of Service

MidOwl provides small-business website design, basic automation setup, consultation, and optional monthly care services. The exact scope of work will be defined through messages, proposals, or written confirmation before work begins.

Work is limited to the agreed scope. Additional pages, features, integrations, revisions, or requests outside the confirmed scope may require a new quote or extra fee.

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
• The remaining balance is due at launch or final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Website Build deposit is $449.50. Automation Setup deposit is $349.50.
• Monthly care plans are billed separately at $100/mo as recurring support services.

To complete the project efficiently, the client agrees to provide:

• Accurate business information
• Branding assets, content, or images if required
• Reasonably timely feedback and approvals
• Access to tools, accounts, or platforms when necessary for setup

Automation features may rely on third-party platforms such as email providers, booking tools, or automation services. MidOwl is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside its control.

Once the project is launched or delivered, the client is responsible for reviewing the final work promptly. Optional care plans may cover routine support, minor edits, and basic troubleshooting, but they do not automatically include major redesigns or advanced redevelopment.

Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final delivered website content and project materials created specifically for that project, except for third-party tools, licensed assets, frameworks, templates, or software that remain subject to their own licenses.

MidOwl does not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, booking volume, rankings, or business outcomes. The service is designed to improve presentation, clarity, and workflow efficiency, but business results depend on many factors outside MidOwl's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MidOwl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its services, website, or third-party tools.

MidOwl may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version posted on the website will apply to future engagements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
